01. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the BroadcastClosers.com service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. This Service is owned and operated by Tim Burt Media, LLC.

02. Digital Product & No Refunds

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

BroadcastClosers.com provides immediate access to proprietary digital tools, reports, and AI generation capabilities. Because the value is delivered instantly upon account activation, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for Monthly Subscriptions, "24-Hour Passes," or any other digital goods sold through this platform.

03. Territory Lock ("The Radius Rule")

Your license is restricted to a geographic radius (e.g., 150 miles) centered on the Station Postal Code provided during registration.

  • You agree not to use VPNs, location spoofers, or false data to circumvent this restriction.
  • You acknowledge that generating reports for clients outside your designated territory is a violation of these terms.
  • Violation of the Territory Lock may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Exception: Relocation Protocol

If you permanently relocate to a new market (e.g., job transfer), you may request a reset of your Territory Center. Requests must be submitted in writing via email to support.

Limitations: Territory resets are limited to one (1) change every thirty (30) days. We reserve the right to request verification of your new station employment before approving the change.

04. Proprietary Information

The underlying methodology, prompts, "Competitor Analysis" logic, and script structures used by BroadcastClosers.com are the proprietary intellectual property of Tim Burt Media, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the outputs (the generated scripts and reports) for your professional sales activities. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or duplicate the platform or its mechanics.

05. AI Disclaimer

This Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content based on user inputs. While we strive for accuracy:

  • You acknowledge that AI can occasionally produce errors or "hallucinations."
  • You are responsible for verifying all facts, phone numbers, and claims in the generated scripts before presenting them to a client or broadcasting them.
  • Tim Burt Media, LLC is not liable for errors in the output content.

06. Account Security & Sharing

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials with other sales representatives or stations is strictly prohibited. We monitor concurrent logins and usage patterns. If we detect account sharing, we reserve the right to ban the account immediately without refund.

07. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Missouri.
